The Pool

Im not sure if the pool is heated or not I hope so. : )

AT DUSK

We have lights now outside the house as well they still have to plant outside the house in front and more on sides but its coming along. dont cha think. if you look close you can see a bit of the moutains behind the house peeking out. we have spectacular views of them from the second floor. my car is on right of photo parked by the pool entrance so you can see we are rather close to it

Hubby inspects the side view of house this path goes down to gate to my yard as well as to an entrance in.

NEARING COMPLETION

The house should be ready end of this month but we then have to wait for inspections and our walk thru. here is an updated photo from today of the house.. the driveway is done. the landscaping out front and on sides is almost in, We are getting very excited.

Updates

Well no new photos as we arent going to see the house till Saturday. but we did get our walk thru date after that we should close within a day or two. X crossing fingers then the tile guy will have to go in and rip out the carpet that went in and redo the house in tile upstairs and down we are only leaving carpet on the staircase. and of course our Painters will have to go in and paint the rooms etc in the colors we are choosing. All said and done we should be spending our first nites in the house sometime Mid Dec. I had hoped to have Christmas at our new home but it doesnt look like its going to be possible its far to close from moving in till then to plan a party Im afraid.

But we will spend our very first Christmas in our very own home. How exciting is that..

Side view

The side view of the house taken today. its coming along all the places are ready for the concrete drives and walkways to go in. we have shutters on the front and back now and the house is finally locked up now so we have to get a key when we want to go peek inside.. landscaping I suspect they will do on sides and in front of house when driveways and walks are completed. no two houses are alike in that respect they each have there own landcape which sets them aside from the rest. I know we will have a big grassy area between the neighbors house and ours that leads up the gates of each yard. and landscaping along the side of the house and out front. Cant wait to do the walk thru.

We got our walk thru date set for next month. its not finished yet as you can see but will be by then.

The yard finally got its stone walls fully up. so now we have a yard. which we just have to landscape. photos of one side and other below
